By entering the website you agree to all of the terms and conditions as set out below:

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking

Full Payment is required on arrival. Payment can be made by Debit card or Pounds Sterling or by credit card. There is a 3% surcharge if paying by credit card.

A 5 working days cancellation notice is required.

Late cancellations and premature departures will be paid in full

Rooms to be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.

Check-in form 4pm - 7pm or at other times by arrangement only. We have a no pets and no smoking policy. although you are welcome to smoke in our garden.
